For the past 3 years, we have been organizing the Normandy Clinical Microbiology Day at the Villa le Cercle of the C.I.D. Deauville, which brings together 70 practitioners from all the hospitals in Normandy and the private sector. Apart from the scientific program, the success of this event is due in particular to the chosen site, the Villa le Cercle in Deauville and to the personalized organizational support of the C.I.D.
The site of Deauville was identified very early on because it is ideally located at the center of the Normandy road network. It is also an undeniable asset for the invited speakers because of the SNCF line and the town's reputation.
Easy to access, functional and convivial, Villa le Cercle is an ideal historical place to organize scientific meetings from 50 to 100 people. The three adjoining rooms are bright and offer different spaces for conferences and exhibitors. The outdoor space allows mobility and facilitates exchanges during breaks.
But the "plus" of this site is the C.I.D. team which year after year positions itself as a proactive partner of the event. The proposed formula includes the sound system of the place, the loan of the projection equipment, and the presence of a technician on site all day. The C.I.D. team organizes coffee breaks and offers several catering options that can be adapted to the organizers' wishes: on site or in a nearby restaurant, in the form of a buffet or seated meal. In short, on D-day, everything is ready to welcome us and talk about medicine and scientific progress in complete serenity.

With a very professional and attentive team and its "all-in-one" environment in Deauville, the C.I.D. with its top-of-the-range infrastructure is a rare destination in France for the organization of demanding and responsible conferences such as the AMRAE Meetings.

The exceptional setting of the CID and the high quality of the professional support provided allow for a serene organization of events. The sales teams and project managers are available and attentive and it is a real pleasure to be able to collaborate with the entire CID team.

We have evolved in a very pleasant place: it is large, spacious, we particularly appreciated the Michel d'Ornano auditorium because the participants are always very well placed. The committee rooms are new, very well adapted, with touch screens, the equipment is perfect. We worked with a very nice team on the ground, responsive and professional, it was very pleasant for us to work with the C.I.D. team!

The C.I.D. is ideally located and offers a uniqueness of places which allows to do everything on foot, which is a big plus in the organization of an event, in terms of logistics. So far, Deauville has been the best destination for the organization of our event. Organizing an event, even an ambitious one, at the C.I.D. is very easy, the teams go out of their way to meet our requirements, which can be strong and late! The pressure on the organization is reduced and it is very appreciable.

The C.I.D. seemed to us to be the perfect place to organize our event: indeed, located at the seaside and having an infrastructure corresponding in all points to our needs (auditorium, rooms of under commissions, Terrace...)
Our convention was widely acclaimed by all our guests in 2017, so we repeated the adventure in 2018 by changing the format to surprise our guests ... the bet was daring however we took up the challenge together and made a full house (99.5% satisfaction rate ... never seen!)
The great strength of C.I.D. is the quality of all the teams on the site: ultra organized, always available, and in search of solutions, they were of a formidable effectiveness, and we appreciated this collaboration very much, as well as all our partners besides!
